Last week we did our first lesson about Twitter and how to post a tweet. Today we did a quick review.
I would like you to comment with answers to a few questions. This is a bit of a quiz on some of the terms we learned last week as well as a personal reflection.
Here are the questions (the first 6 are short answer, the last 2 are extended response)...

The # is a hashtag. If you are tweeting for the lab you will always use st. The 3 P. S. 10 hashtags are st. sw. bk. A tweet can be 140 characters. Pictures do count as characters. The computerLab Twitter name is P.S.10 tech. I think Twitter is cool because you can send a comment to the whole world. My thoughts about sending things to the world is cool because my family lives in New Zealand and they will see my tweet.

The # symbol is called a hashtag. You would use #PS10st. The three PS10 #s are PS10st, PS10bk, and PS10sw. There can be 140 characters on a tweet. Yes pictures do count as characters because you are pressing and tapping the iPad. The PS10 twitter name is PS10tech. I like twitter because you can write anything and then it goes out to all your twitter followers. I think that it is pretty cool to publish your thoughts to the whole world because then if they live in a different country, they could tern how you live and your culture.
